Driver needs a smartphone to communicate with CargoLink System, accessing to Waybill and GPS tracking system. CargoLink provides Mobile Application for both Android and IOS mobile phone.

CargoLink's service is specially designed for high-volume cargo and long haul haulage, such as Construction materials, Agricultural products, Foods and foodstuffs, Consumer goods, Furniture, Clothes / shoes, Electronic equipment, Fertilizer, Chemical products, Log / wood, etc.

To use CargoLink Services you need to create your user account on our System by providing all information as required by the Registration Form on the System. You need to wait for some time to go through our approval process before using the Services.

The Carrier will create an account for driver as required by the Registration Form on the System. After approval by CargoLink, the Carrier will provide the driver with username and password to login the Application. The driver may be required to change the provided password.

To be the Service's user you need to agree with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you are the Carrier, in addition to your agreement with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you should also pay montly subscription fee as CargoLink policy which is from time to time made publicity.

Any carrier who meets criteria of Department of Land Transport of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam for provision of land transportation services. Carrier will register for an account as individual or company as applicable.

Any commercial trucks / vehicles approved by Directorate for Roads of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam and CargoLink, including but not limited to Minivan, Van, Pickup truck, Box truck, Canvas lorry, Open cargo lorry, Flatbed truck, Dump truck, Log carrier truck, Refrigerator truck, Tractor unit, Tanker and Mobile crane, etc.
